Our counselors are understanding professionals who strive to help their clients work through their emotional, physical, and relational distress, as well as identify their strengths and talents. Our counselors provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

Currently, all of our therapists are certified in EMDR therapy, as we have seen amazing results. More information on EMDR is on our website. Other specialty areas include DBT, sexual and domestic violence survivors, addictions, and children from birth to 12, using play therapy techniques and art therapy techniques.
