We all experience emotional ups and downs from time to time caused by events in our lives or even a recent diagnosis. I specialize in assisting those who suffer from depression, anxiety and addiction. Your symptoms may be triggered by job loss, relational problems, trauma, divorce or even loss of a love one. Your symptoms may effect your relationships with your family, friends, classmates or co-workers.
My goal is to show patience, empathy and hope to each client that struggles with trauma, addiction, depression, anger, defiant behavior, anxiety, grief/loss or a recent medical diagnosis. My approach is to create a safe environment that allows you to explore and communicate your goals for you life and mental health.
I want to assist you combat the challenges that you are facing within your marriage or personal life. As a Christian Counselor, I use the Prepare and Enrich for couples to identify growth areas and improve relationship satisfaction. Meditation and brainspotting are also used in your healing process.
