My role as a licensed psychotherapist is to partner with you to help you reach your goals, and guide you towards restoration, healing, and growth. My approaches are evidence-based and integrative, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Insight-Oriented Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Life Coaching Techniques.
