I have unique experiences working with youth who struggle with identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, and navigating relationships.
I support families when they are facing overwhelming stress and emotions that come with life. As humans, we are not taught how to be a parent, how to be a kid, or even just to be your best self. We do the best we can, and when “the best you can” falls short, we get to lean on one another for grace and support.
