My mission is to help you heal by providing compassionate and individualized clinical care. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic modalities that include, EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness. I specialize in trauma while striving to provide trauma-informed care to all of my clients. I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you.
