My name is Belinda Luna, I am an LCSW. I believe in meeting patients where they are and encouraging them to take an active role in their treatment needs. I have seen some patients do well with short term therapy, while others may benefit from longer term weekly treatment. I have years of experience working with patients who have experiences trauma, depression and anxiety. I have vast experience working with Active Duty Service Members and Veterans, Women's Issues, and LGBTQ+ clients.
I offer telehealth statewide as well as in person therapy for those near Arlington, TX. I have specialized in trauma focused treatment, adjustment disorders, anxiety and depression. I have experience working with folks who are grieving as well.
I have been in my field for 17 years. I believe I am a diverse individual. I am the daughter of an immigrant mother and Indigenous father. I have worked all through my education.
