I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and I frequently combine psychoeducation, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Therapy to help you meet your therapy goals. My hope is that you start to feel strong and resilient when you leave my office.

**On Hold**Maybe you have tried dealing with the loss of a loved one on your own or you have opened up to others and no one understands. Whether you have lost someone 40+ years ago or it's only been a few weeks, I encourage you to work through your feelings in our intimate group. At the conclusion of week twelve, you will learn how to carry your loved one with you, rather than leave them behind. *This will be a 12 week structured group using the Meaning Reconstruction framework by Robert A.
