I see folx who navigate intersectional identities (Latinx/BIPOC, immigrants, queer, trans, non-binary). I work with any number of issues including: depression, anxiety, ADHD, neurodivergence, learning disabilities, chronic pain, financial trauma, adoption, aging, self-esteem, body image, creativity, life transitions, and life purpose. I see people 14 years of age and up.
My practice is heavily influenced by Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. These modalities are inherently trauma-informed, culturally-responsive and anti-oppressive. Story-telling and other modes of creativity help us re-connect with the stories that highlight our knowledge, skills, resources and abilities.
The healing process can include many things outside of therapy. Your passions and interests contain important clues about your life's purpose.

Groups
Outliers' Group for Later-in-Life Lesbians over 55
This in-person session of Outlers is for women 55 and older. You are welcome to the group whether you came out last week or six years ago. Coming out is a journey, not the final destination. Group members will share their wisdom and resources while enjoying mutual support, laughter, and diverse perspectives along the way. This group will provide a safe and confidential space to explore the emotions, experiences, and challenges late bloomers may encounter. The group will run for 8 weeks.
