As an immigrant and intimate relationship violence survivor, I am passionate about supporting those who struggle with past/ongoing abusive relationship trauma, attachment injuries, low self-esteem, racism, microaggressions, language barriers, and interracial relationships and helping them reclaim and nurture their authenticity. I'm also one of few Asian LGBTQIA+ therapists in town :)
I grew up in Japan and am well-versed in Japanese culture as well.
