Most of the clients that I will partner with on their therapeutic journey will have challenges related to anxiety and depression and come from various backgrounds. Some clients may struggle with managing self-care, relationships with others, or finding their light within themselves that will elevate them to the next level of greatness. My clients will have a mental health professional that will bridge clinical expertise with the individual needs of the client. The ideal client will consistently meet with the therapist to work on goals that are rooted in partnership with the client. The client will be encourage to voice their needs.
I will assist clients with identifying what they would like to work on to enhance their lives for the better. Each opportunity to work with a client should be met with a new found enthusiasm for a better tomorrow. Training in CBT/Trauma-Informed therapies in conjunction with compassion/respect will provide clients with a unique experience therapeutically.
I would encourage anyone who is having some challenges with coping and regulating to consider entering the therapeutic process with a therapist who is competent, relaxed, passionate, and kind. As a therapist with a therapist, I understand the importance of mental health wellness and the ability to open up to a trusted professional.
