Trauma-Informed Care for: First Responders Veterans Healthcare Workers Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve Military Personnel. Courage can be defined as, "being afraid, but moving forward, anyway." I've learned that some of the most courageous people I've known are those who seek therapy. It's not easy to share one's fears and insecurities with a stranger. I provide EMDR, CBT/REBT, Person Centered Therapy, and other evidence-based treatment modalities. I am licensed in Alaska, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. I have experience with PTSD, substance use disorders, mood / personality disorders, and relationship issues. I mostly provide telehealth. I provide wilderness therapy and office visits when able.
