I work with individuals who are navigating depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, relationship challenges, and grief/loss. I also support clients who are feeling overwhelmed by job pressures, career uncertainty, or burnout, and are looking for a healthier, more sustainable way forward. My goal is to help you build clarity, emotional resilience, and the tools to live a more meaningful, balanced life.
My approach is collaborative and individualized—therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll identify your goals and the areas of your life you’d like to see change, then develop a plan that fits your unique personality and experiences. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other modalities.
I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and empowering. My role isn’t to be the expert on your life—it’s to be a guide as you reconnect with your values, strengthen your coping skills, and move toward the version of yourself you want to become.
