I specialize in restoring broken and dysfunctional relationships. Painful events may lead to distrust, hopelessness, anxiety, anger, and withdrawal. In my practice I work with my clients to identify the circumstances and patterns causing distress and partner with them to develop and practice new patterns. I have extensive experience working with couples and individuals who are fighting to keep their relationship alive or are hoping to rebuild trust and intimacy. I also specialize in working with individuals to address a broad range of mental health diagnoses.

My work is very goal oriented. We will set clear goals and I will ensure we will stay on track to meet them. Generally, I will help you gain insight into your thoughts and behaviors, connecting them to your past. I will also give you very practical tools to start changing those patterns going forward.
