I earned my Master of Social Work with a clinical specialization from Baylor University and have experience working in emergency psychiatric settings, mental health crisis response, court-related mental health services, and outpatient care. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, from everyday stressors to acute mental health crises.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when individuals feel genuinely understood, and respected. My therapeutic style is practical, compassionate, tailored to each individual. I am direct, but passionate about everything I do. I also believe it is "okay" to laugh in therapy. (sometimes encourage it.)
