Before long, the anxieties, depressions, and traumas of the human experience will haunt us in one way or another. Individuals who have recently embarked upon the decision to change some part of their story inspire me with their desire to discover life anew. Using empirically proven existential and cognitive theories, I work alongside individuals who desire to grow into a new understanding of how they interact with those around them. Having been trained in clinical counseling from Denver Seminary makes me uniquely qualified to help process the anxieties and traumas that emerge from faith based communities.
