I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe you are the expert on your own life. Rather than telling you what to do, we'll work together to better understand your experiences, identify what's getting in the way, and help you move toward the life you want to build.
