I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds. I always learn more about others as well as myself from each client I meet which I value as an amazing opportunity. I've never met a client who didn't cause change and personal growth in myself after meeting them. I have experience working with LGBT+ persons, college-aged students, substance abuse/addiction clients, and individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression. I use a Person-Centered approach alongside mindfulness/meditation and cognitive-behavioral techniques to facilitate personal growth and healing.
I build rapport with my clients by focusing exclusively on you as an individual. I believe you are the expert on your life and deep down know what is best for you. Sometimes we just need help figuring that out. I'm here to facilitate exploration into how to be the real, authentic you and transform your life from barely surviving to thriving everyday.
