I work primarily with CBT, DBT, and IFS but these are just acronyms, so what does this actually mean? The way this actually works in session is through me creating a safe and supportive environment to help guide you, because you are the driver in any type of therapy. You are the crucial piece needed, so I try to highlight your ability to create change.
When not working, I am an avid fantasy novel reader (favorite is The Stormlight Archives),
