I provide counseling and coaching to those whose vision of their life purpose and direction has been blurred by self medicating painful experiences with alcohol and drugs, a DUI, overwhelming stress in their relationship or job, an episode of depression or anxiety, or the loss of a loved one. These are common issues and challenges that clients struggle with on their journey to live meaningful and satisfying lives. I have been privileged to assist clients in their journey As they regain awareness one day at a time of their life's purpose and direction.
My approach is health and growth oriented and positive. After assessing the client's situation and needs, I work with the client collaboratively to develop a realistic plan utilizing motivational and cognitive skills to gain a broader view of their situation and to achieve their goals.
As a trained and certified coach my practice is influence by the belief that all clients have strengths and are naturally resourceful and whole. I facilitate a process for the client take steps to create the life she or he wants.
