I have extensive experience providing therapy for adults, teens, and couples. I have experience helping individuals navigate difficulties with depression, anxiety, trauma, spiritual concerns, or relationship issues. I tailor my approach to provide a variety of practical coping skills (such as mindfulness and CBT), as well as taking an in-depth relational approach to more complex topics (such as psychodynamic or Internal Family Systems).
I also specialize in helping couples improve conflict resolution, communication skills, trust, and intimacy. I often lead couples through the active listener and empathy exercises, as well as drawing from an evidence-based model called Emotionally Focused Therapy.
