I work with individuals, couples and families navigating transitions or stuck places—co-parenting, infidelity, divorce, grief, religious trauma, identity questions, or that vague but real “Who am I anymore?” I’m especially drawn to work around deconstruction, men’s mental health, neurodivergence, existential crises, and sex and intimacy.
