Hi, I'm Luke Tervola, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and trauma therapist.

I work with ages 16+ and specialize in treating depression, PTSD, childhood trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, grief and loss, and more. Together, we will work to accomplish your goals by practicing coping skills, gaining further insights into past experiences, committing to your values, reprocessing trauma, and more.
I am a regular practitioner of the trauma therapy Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Off the clock I enjoy time time with friends and family, our pets, movies, MN sports, hiking, and vegetable gardening.
