I didn’t become a therapist to “fix” people. I’ve lived this work myself. My own healing journey, navigating power dynamics and redefining what safety means, is what led me here. As a Muslim woman, a recovering perfectionist, and the lifelong “strong one,” I know how heavy it can feel to hold everything on your own.
