I am fully bilingual (Spanish/English) and moved from Puerto Rico in 2016. As a therapist my goal is to provide a mental health counseling experience that looks at the whole picture and focuses on your specific needs. Together we will work on challenging and changing negative self-destructive thinking and behaviors to create a positive fulfilling life.
