I work with my clients to help them build the skills needed for coping with life and many of the adversities of daily living. Most of the individuals I see are working through issue related to depression, anxiety, insomnia, grief and loss, relationship issues, anger management or work related stress.
I utilize a multicomponent approach, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, in particular the theory and techniques developed by Albert Ellis, Ph.D. I received my training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York City.
