I work with survivors of trauma and victims of crime. Not only that, but also I work with those struggling with symptoms of depression and symptoms of anxiety. I incorporate mindfulness and symptom management. I assist my clients learn and practice effective coping skills. Services in Spanish are available.
I offer to help clients understand and learn to live with their distress. Also, I write psychological evaluations for those applying for Visa-U.
