| español Hello, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been called to serve and help others navigate their way through this journey called life. I have plenty of years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I would classify myself as an eclectic individual and approach situations from various lenses. I do however, specialize in trauma informed care. I am EMDR trained and believe in meeting people where they are, providing unconditional positive regard and finding congruence within each story. I have experience working with depression, addiction, anxiety, couples, family systems, children and much more.
I also specialize in play and sand tray therapy to help those who might struggle with communication, find their voice and the ability to express their deepest thoughts and emotions. I am bilingual and fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading and writing).
