I am a licensed mental health therapist and bilingual provider (English/Spanish) with extensive experience supporting adults through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, trauma, grief, identity concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, develop insight, and make meaningful changes.
My clinical approach is integrative and evidence-based. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other trauma-focused interventions to guide individual treatment. For couples, I use the Gottman Method.
I work with adults who are experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties with identity or interpersonal relationships. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who appear successful externally but struggle with internal overwhelm self-doubt, or disconnection.
