My name is Luis-Enrique Herrera and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (143847). I believe that it is important to meet everyone where they are and not use a one-size-fits-all approach. When in sessions, I look to promote a warm and inviting environment that allows for growth and honest engagement. I reiterate that the client is the expert of their experience while providing an alternative perspective to increase positive change and control in their lives.
I have been involved in sports throughout my life and I was originally involved in sports medicine, where I thought that our physical health triumphed. Through my own personal experience, I realized how significant our mental health is and how impactful it can be to our bodies.
