Hello! I am a bilingual counselor in English and Spanish, and I am passionate about working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. I specialize working with clients navigating life changes, couples, and young and adult men struggling with mental health needs. I am dedicated to creating a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping mechanisms, and work towards building resilience.

My theoretical orientation is grounded in a person-centered approach, emphasizing the importance of building a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I also integrate cognitive-behavioral techniques (CBT), attachment theory and mindfulness practices to provide a holistic and individualized approach to counseling.

I am empathetic towards individuals who find themselves struggling through life. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and understood without judgment. My goal is to empower clients to explore their challenges, identify strengths, and work towards positive change.
