I believe in a client centered approach in a supportive environment. I have experience helping people with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and trauma.I work with individuals and their families coping with chronic mental illnesses. I use CBT, DBT, EMDR, psychodynamic theory, and play therapy. I have a focus on helping children through divorce, adolescents and a specialty in geriatric psychology. I work with individuals, couples and families, seeing all age groups.
