I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism. I’m especially passionate about supporting people through life transitions—whether that’s becoming a parent, adjusting to postpartum changes, navigating relationship shifts, or trying to find your footing in a new chapter of life.
I also work closely with parents who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure how to best support their child’s emotional or behavioral needs. Parenting doesn’t come with a manual (unfortunately), and you don’t have to figure it out alone.
