I work with adults of all ages, with a focus on women-especially young adult women experiencing anxiety, trauma, mood disorders & life transitions. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I integrate CBT, ACT, DBT, and solution-focused strategies, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I pull from what’s most helpful for you.
