Whether you have been feeling down, stuck, or off balance, my intention is to provide a safe space for you to get back to feeling like your best self. I provide mindfulness-based tools, among others, to help manage emotions and navigate difficult life circumstances. Whether you are struggling with intense emotions that feel unmanageable, relationship issues, or adjusting to a life transition, I aim to help manage such difficulties and restore your sense of self. I am licensed in NY, NJ, and CA.
I work with individuals and couples. I am a Linehan Board Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) clinician. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and DBT-Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma as well as Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). I also incorporate attachment theory into my practice.
I employ a flexible, eclectic, and idiographic approach, highlighting individual strengths to empower you throughout your recovery process. I am licensed in New York (in-person), New Jersey (virtual only), and California (virtual only).
