Hey and welcome! I’m Lucy, I help clients process complex trauma and sexual trauma through EMDR and creative expression. I imagine trauma is coming up that you thought was worked through but now you are realizing “whew, I still am not trusting myself or others and my body is stuck reacting as it did in the past even though things are different now." I work with people who have felt powerless and not enough and now want to connect more with themself while prioritizing their needs.
Our work together is collaborative! We build a personalized tool kit for supporting you both inside and outside of session. It is my intention for our space to be one where you feel understood, validated and appreciated. We explore through grounding, collage, drawing, visual cards, writing and metaphors alongside EMDR.
It can feel magical doing this work with clients! Being witness to clients finding healing within themself, trusting self and their intuition while feeling into their power and voice is such an honor!
