Our bodies and nervous systems carry the untold stories of our past pain; healing begins by re-membering and giving voice to these stories in the presence of a compassionate witness. Rather than trying to change or ‘fix’ you, I hold the possibility for a deep sense of wholeness to emerge from integrating and reclaiming the parts of you that were dis-membered during and after trauma or loss. I will gently invite you to breathe into and give life to those lost places within that have been waiting to be found.
I utilize EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Work, Inner-Child Work, Guided Imagery, and Mindfulness in my practice. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey as we gently remove the layers of conditioning and trauma responses to discover your innate wholeness.
My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based. While relationships may have hurt us in the past, it is through secure and nurturing relationships that we heal.
