Relationship issues, unresolved trauma, grief/loss, difficult life transitions - I understand how draining and overwhelming it can feel to carry the weight of these struggles on your own. I view therapy as both a tool for support in navigating life's challenges and a process of uncovering growth opportunities within them. My goal is to meet you in your experience and cultivate an environment where you feel seen, supported, and deeply understood. From here, I can offer supportive tools and guidance to help you tap into and build upon your existing strengths and define where change is possible within yourself and your relationships.
I have a special interest in relationship work and am certified in the Gottman Method. I use an integrative, strengths-based approach and have experience working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety/depression, grief and loss, infidelity/betrayal trauma, postpartum challenges, intimacy concerns, and transitional stress.
Whether you are new to therapy or returning, I know how daunting it can be to share your story with a stranger. I also know the experience of relief that comes when we are able to connect with someone who genuinely understands. If you feel I could be the right fit for you, I invite you to reach out by phone or email for a free consultation.
