Relationships are magical. They are also hard work. Just when you thought you'd found your person, the intimacy and joy gives way to new depths of disconnect and loneliness. Or perhaps you're a new parent, excited by the unique possibility of bonding as a family, only to discover overwhelm, even suffering. Trauma can create additional barriers to connection. Attachment issues and difficult childhood relationships can result in reenactments of past relationships and roles that are just plain exhausting. Sound familiar? Then its time for change.
