I’m a therapist with a background in infant and early childhood mental health who now works primarily with adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem struggles, relationship challenges, trauma symptoms, codependency, and substance use concerns. My early training focused on how our earliest relationships shape the nervous system, sense of self, and patterns of connection. That lens continues to guide my work with adults today.
I believe many of the difficulties people experience—feeling stuck in painful relationship patterns, struggling with self-worth, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or emotional intensity—often have roots in earlier experiences that the body and nervous system still carry.
I aim to create a space that feels collaborative, respectful, and grounded. Some sessions may focus on insight and understanding long-standing patterns, while others may be more practical and skills-based. My goal is to help you develop a deeper sense of self-trust, emotional flexibility, and the capacity for more satisfying relationships.
