I work collaboratively with you to address your therapeutic goals using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy. I provide empathy, accountability, humor and authenticity throughout the therapeutic process, while focusing on healthy and identifiable growth.
