We will explore what's keeping you up at night or weighing you down by day. I provide a space where you can be vulnerable while sorting through issues from your past and present that are getting in your way.
Whether you want to improve your relationships, change your career, or overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, or loss, therapy can help. Visiting the source of your distress can be difficult to do alone. A trusting therapeutic relationship can help you wade into uncomfortable places where you might be stuck.
My work is highly interactive and collaborative. I work with individuals and couples, college-age adults and older. I have offices in NYC and in the Hudson Valley/Northwest Connecticut region. I am currently offering HIPAA compliant Telehealth sessions.
