I support individuals through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and early parenting, addressing anxiety, depression, birth trauma, identity shifts, and the challenges of new roles. Parenting can be deeply fulfilling, yet it comes with its own set of difficulties. My approach is empathetic and client-centered, providing a safe, supportive space for healing and personal growth.
As a fire wife, I’m passionate about supporting first responders and their families. I help process trauma, manage stress, and build resilience, while also offering guidance to spouses dealing with the unique pressures of high-risk, high-stress professions.
Children experience emotional challenges in different ways. I also work with children and teens facing anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma, or major life transitions. Through play therapy, talk therapy, and family systems work, I help young clients build emotional resilience, self-regulation, and healthy coping skills.
