I’m especially passionate about helping those who care deeply about the world to find balance and purpose amidst seemingly endless setbacks.

I offer a person-centered approach to help you reconnect with yourself and others. The main interventions I draw from are parts-work (emotion-based), somatic (body-based), and relational (connection-based). I strive to create a space that is queer + trans-affirming, anti-racist, and sex-positive, staying rooted in curiosity and care in every step of the way.

Both in the therapy space and beyond, I view the world through social justice and feminist lenses, seeking to understand the systems and power structures that shape our lives.
