Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a body/mind clinical tool that I have used for over 15 years to help people shift their perceptions about themselves and the formative events in their life. I believe the body houses the subconscious mind and offers a path for healing.
In addition to conventional psychological training, I have studied the energy systems used in eastern medicine. I draw on wisdom traditions from around the globe when I believe it will illuminate something important for those I help. I am trained in Reiki, Psych-K and facilitate Trauma Release Exercises (TRE).
