I enjoy working with adolescents through young adult aged individuals. This time in life is such an important developmental stage but can often bring about challenging issues such as family conflict, relationship issues, decision making in life choices (college, career, etc.), anxiety and mood changes and more!
My goal is to help explore these challenges while creating a safe place to process all that comes with it. I hope to provide understanding, empathy and a realistic approach to therapy when working together. Collaboration is key in therapy and therefore we will work together to reach your goals.
