As a couples counselor and narrative therapist, I bring decades of experience helping people to re-author their life stories. You may hope to move past challenges that limit your or your relationship's ability to grow and thrive. I care deeply to understand my client's experiences and to provide a safe, thoughtful environment. We collaborate to rewrite narratives drawn from the past, present, and future. I've worked with countless clients toward meaningful change and helped provide insights, tools, new skills, and energy towards significant actions.
We need to discover new ways of being and becoming in a changing and challenging world. My specialties include Couple Therapy, marriage and pre-marital counseling, LGBTQQ+ community, and alternative family structures. With my art background, I work closely with artists, writers, animators, editors, directors, and actors to support their creative goals.
As a professor at Antioch University and Phillips Graduate Institute, some of my courses include The Psychology of Couples in Fiction and Film, Critical Psychology, and Human Sexuality.
