If insight were enough, this would already be different. Most of the people I work with have already tried to figure things out. They’ve thought about it, read about it, and often have a high level of self-awareness. But in their personal life—especially in relationships—the same patterns keep showing up, and they’re harder to think your way out of. I work with professionals, creatives, and couples who are used to being the competent ones and are ready for something actually to change.

I offer individual and couples therapy focused on relationships, communication, and recurring patterns. This work is active and practical—we look at what’s happening in real time and work directly with what keeps you stuck. My goal is to help you understand these patterns and actually change them, not just talk about them.

I’m licensed to work with clients in Tennessee, Michigan, and Indiana, and offer virtual sessions across all three states. This format provides flexibility and a level of discretion many clients value. As a first step, I offer a brief phone consultation to get a sense of what you’re looking for and whether this feels like a good fit.
