I am a clinical mental health intern under the supervision of Tiffany Manson at The Canvas of Life Counseling. I value the richness of each individual’s unique experiences, identity, culture, and personality. My commitment is to provide a nonjudgmental and empathetic space where you can explore these aspects of yourself with authenticity and care. I work with adults 18 and older, of all genders, backgrounds, and abilities, as they navigate life’s complexities with a focus on meaning-making, personal freedom, and empowerment.
My areas of focus include life transitions, feeling “stuck,” and issues related to identity development. I provide counseling for concerns related to physical intimacy, sexuality, and gender identity—always striving to create a safe, inclusive environment for exploration and growth. I bring experience working with adults over 65 on a multitude of issues.
