Welcome - I'm glad you're here. My name is Lucy, and I provide therapy for adolescents (13+) and adults who are ready to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences in a supportive, compassionate space. I believe therapy isn’t one size fits all, and should reflect your unique needs, culture, and goals. Together, we’ll find an approach that works for you.
I’m especially passionate about supporting first and second generation individuals, particularly children of immigrants, navigating anxiety, depression, identity challenges, and trauma. As a daughter of immigrants myself, I offer a culturally sensitive, affirming space where you can show up fully and safely. Sessions can be conducted in English or Spanish.
Location & Availability:
 I offer in-person sessions at our Royal Oak office, as well as virtual appointments for those who prefer Telehealth. I look forward to hearing from you.
