I am here to help you and/or your child navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms, providing tools, support, and encouragement while maintaining a person-centered, trauma informed approach. I work with children, teens and adults, assisting them in processing and learning methods to cope with stressors, anxiety, depression, and trauma responses.
I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and have been trained in Brainspotting and EMDR, working with clients on behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD management, and trauma processing.
